Without a doubt, Palanga Amber Museum represents the treasure of the town of Palanga. The Museum was founded in 1963 in the spacious palace of Count Tiškevičius dating back to 1897.
15 rooms of the museum exhibit 4,500 amber artefacts. The most revealing exposition of the Amber Museum displays amber inclusions, unique artefacts, and archaeological finds.
